Tivoli, Villa d'Este - Fontana Dell'Ovato
UNESCO World Heritage List

Fontana dell’Ovato (Oval Fountain), also called the Fontana di Tivoli, is located in the Villa d’Este, Tivoli, Italy. This fountain empties into the egg-shaped pool and then went into the pool created in rusty nymphaeum. The design was made by Pirro Ligorio. The entire Villa is set as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2001.
A visitor may walk behind the water through the arcade.
